Option 1
Leave marriage decisions to loving couples and their faiths.
Option 2
Keep the definition of family, marriage, and civil unions with the States, couples and faiths, not the Federal Government.
Option 3
Make marriage solely a function of families and faiths; restrict government’s role to recognizing legal arrangements for couples.
Option 4
Let people control their contractual personal relationships, such as marriage and/or domestic partnerships, as expressly protected by the Constitution.
Option 5
Amend federal laws to eliminate discrimination against marriages and civil unions recognized by state laws.
