Option 1

by Brian Holtz

We favor continuously reducing taxes as the functions of government are privatized or made voluntary. Government should not incur debt, which burdens future generations without their consent. We support amending the US Constitution to restrict Congress from spending any more than it collected in revenue the previous year.

Option 2

by Eva Kosinski

We support limiting government to its Constitutional limits, reducing taxes and the ever-increasing debt burden being placed on future generations, and balancing the budget.

As government interferes in areas that were never intended to be anything but private, the costs of government skyrocket, and debt is incurred. If government does not take on any tasks but those provided for in the Constitution, these unreasonable costs will decrease, bringing taxes down considerably. The potentially disastrous effects of dependency on other countries or organizations caused by government debt should be avoided by balancing the budget.
