Notes:
Relative Popularity = (votes for) / total votes
This measure can overweight newer proposals have been looked at by few people.
Absolute Popularity = (votes for - votes against)
This measure can overweight older proposals which have had a greater number of
people look at them.
You can choose which ordering to use using by clicking the appropriate heading.
Relative priority is the default.
