Voting is the heart and soul of the election process. When voters feel their vote doesn't matter, they cease to vote, cease to participate in civic affairs. The accuracy of the count is the critical element, and far outweighs needs to create convenient easy-to-use systems. As technology progresses, those will appear in any case, but right now, accuracy is all important.
