Option 3

by Eva Kosinski

Encourage market-based medical solutions in which the individual or family is the direct customer, and eliminate regulations which artificially drive up the costs of treatment.

Government-regulated forced medical plans make employers the customer. When they want to cut costs, patients lose. Making the patient the customer allows patients to choose the treatment providers that are most effective for what they need. If they choose to contract with group providers, they may do so.
